2 Point Weight Watchers Breakfast (blue)

2 eggs

2 – 1/3 cups water

1 Duffy Crumpet

1/2 tbs sugar free jam (splenda)

Step 1: I used my pampered chef stone egg cooker. Break one egg in each side. Pour 1/3 cup water in each side. Cover top with papertowel. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.

As the eggs cook put your duffy crumpet in the toaster. Once toasted spread the sugar free jam of choice over it. Remove eggs from cooker, sprinkle with pepper if you wish and enjoy!
